Melissa Daniel

​Melissa Daniel is a tap dancer originally hailing from the DC area. She began tap dancing with
Tappers with Attitude (TWA) when she was 8 years old.  She danced and performed with TWA
for nine years and was a dance captain for the last two.  While with TWA, she learned from
dozens of incredible choreographers as the entire repertoire was comprised of pieces set by
master dancers.  Some of these include Baakari Wilder, Lane Alexander, Ayodele Casel, and
Michelle Dorrance.  Melissa moved to Los Angeles for college in 2009 and danced with Sarah
Reich's company, Tap Con Sabor.  She later joined Melissa Tannús’s adult company
called Tap Com A Mel.  Melissa moved to the Boston area in 2020 has spent her time learning
Leon Collins's routines 1, 2, and 3 from Dianne Walker. In her day job, Melissa works in
litigation consulting. Her team is primarily hired by law firms to calculate damages in wage and
hour class actions.
